Terms of Use

Rules for using the TableRival educational poker trainer.

Effective:

1. Eligibility

TableRival is intended only for adults aged 18 or older and for use where poker training is lawful. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Operator and contact details

2. Educational service

TableRival is a Texas Hold’em decision trainer and simulator. It does not host real-money games, accept deposits, award prizes, organise wagering, sell betting currency or link users to gambling operators.

3. Recommendations and results

Feedback may come from verified solver data, local computational models, simulations and educational rules. Not every recommendation is an exact GTO solution; the app labels the decision source. It is not financial advice or a promise of profit. Poker involves chance; a sensible decision may lose a hand or session. You remain responsible for decisions outside the App.

4. Free access and Pro

Free access includes up to 12 new hands per day separately in Game, basic Training and Solver Training (36 across the three modes), and the first 2 Academy lessons. Using the allowance in one mode does not use the allowance in another. TableRival Pro removes these daily hand limits and unlocks the remaining Academy lessons without changing dealt cards, opponent randomness or decision grading.

Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or annual subscription. Both plans grant the same Pro entitlement. The relevant App Store, Google Play or web checkout shows the binding price, currency, billing period and renewal terms before confirmation. Personal web quotas, cloud backup and web Pro access require a TableRival account authenticated through WorkOS; a small anonymous web preview may be available without one.

5. Payments, renewals and restore

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the purchase channel. Native purchases are managed in Google Play or App Store account settings. Web subscriptions use RevenueCat Billing with Stripe payment processing and are managed through the account/customer-portal link when available. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access until the end of the paid period. The payment provider handles card processing and transaction history; the Operator does not receive full card details. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Restore Purchases asks the applicable billing authority to verify the active entitlement again for the same store or TableRival account. A local or cloud progress backup does not grant Pro, and a purchase does not automatically transfer between unrelated Apple, Google or TableRival accounts. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app.

6. Licence and acceptable use

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. Do not share or resell an account or session, bypass payment/device/quota controls, manipulate purchase evidence, scrape content at scale, interfere with security, or use TableRival unlawfully. The web service may enforce registered-device and concurrent-session limits. Statutory rights to interoperability and lawful analysis remain unaffected.

7. Progress and user content

Opponent aliases, notes, saved hands and training progress stay on the device by default. If you deliberately use web cloud backup, a validated Recovery Capsule v13 is stored for the signed-in account. Cloud backup is a recovery aid, not guaranteed real-time synchronisation; conflicts require review and a backup never restores Pro. Do not enter unlawful content or personal information you have no right to process. Remove third-party information before sending an optional report.

8. Availability and changes

Features and educational models may evolve. Temporary interruption can result from updates or failures involving the device, browser, authentication, payment or hosting infrastructure. Keep a periodic export of progress you cannot afford to lose. Changes do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

9. Responsible play

Never use TableRival to chase losses or justify greater risk. Set firm money and time limits, never borrow to play, and stop if poker affects finances, relationships, sleep or mood. Read the Responsible Play guide.

10. Complaints, deletion, liability and law

Complaints may be sent to tablerival@gmail.com. Include platform and app version, but never payment-card data or third-party hand details. Local, cloud and account deletion steps are described on the Data deletion page; subscription cancellation is a separate action.

To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for poker results, expected profit based on a recommendation, or data lost because of the device, browser or missing backups. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. These Terms are governed by the law of the Operator’s registered seat without removing mandatory consumer protections in the user’s country.

11. Operator and contact

The App is provided by Mariusz Twaróg, Łososina Górna 47, 34-600 Limanowa, Poland (the “Operator”). Support, complaints and postal contact: tablerival@gmail.com or the address above.
